In contrast to the other gentleman's review, I have had my pair of Crosshair's for over six months now. No issues with them as of yet. I don't see how the lenses could pop out of the frame because of tension.. I'm looking at mine now and they seem to be curved in precisely the same manner as the frame. Should not have any tension on them. I can't comment on them being knocked out by any "slight impacts", I am very careful with my sunglasses.
Oakley has discontinued this model though, so there very well could be an issue with them. My pair is a custom set, so possibly I lucked out. It sucks they d/c'ed them. I had been waiting years for a set of Oakley's that resembled aviators. These are quite nice. I recommend them at that price, seeing as I paid almost double that for my custom set...

Oakley makes eyewear good enough for people who commute at three times the speed of sound. So it\'s only natural that they sculptured a frame with aviator styling. C-5™ alloy keeps it lightweight and comfortable, and supple Unobtainium® components increase grip with perspiration. It also offers 100% UV filtering and impact resistance that meets all ANSI Z80.3 standards. But the best thing about the Crosshair is something pilots insist on, along with everybody else who takes their vision seriously: the unbeatable clarity of High Definition Optics® (HDO®).
