(More customer reviews)Don't buy this bar. It says it can hold 500lbs but it can't even hold 300lbs. The first day i got it i put on 300lbs and it bent like crazy. Hopefully ill be able to return it. But don't waste your time.

Although this is a GOOD item- we purchased together to save $$ (it was more to purchase a barbell separate) As we got it together we learned it does NOT FIT on the bench set it was offered with. It should NOT have been put together as a "buy together to save". Beings we live in AK and shipping was horrendous as it was- we chose to just "make do" rather than ship back/reorder.

(More customer reviews)I bought this item becouse I went from a standard weight bench to an olympic width golds gym bench. I didnt want to hae to spend a couple hundred dollars on new weights when the old ones I have work just fine, they just have a smaller hole in the middle. I could not find one like this in any sports shop or retailer. I ordered this bar for much less then a olympic bar costs and the shipping was free, how could you beat that. It arrived on time just as it should. It works fine, i mean its a barbell... not too much to wrong there right? other then the fact that the anti/hyper-gravity button was apparently forgotten about on this years model its been a good bar so far.

(More customer reviews)If your looking to bench press around 250 pounds maximum, than this is the bar for you! I can tell that this bar isn't going to hold much more that 300 pounds without wanting to possibly bend, but you can't beat it for the price, when other supposedly stronger bars will now bend around 350 pounds and cost more than 200 hundred dollars. The quality of everything seems to be much weaker these days, but this product is almost as good as the much more expensive ones, so save some doe. ;)

(More customer reviews)Troy makes some great dumbbells but unfortunately for all of us they know it so they charge alot for them.I have worked out with the coated and uncoated variety and I must say that if your going to buy any of the dumbbells over 50 lbs buy them without the coating as they just get too bulky past that point to deal with-sure some people may have wooden floors and have no choice but I can tell you trying to do presses with two 90 lbs dumbells is a world apart in experience if you are trying to do them with the thick coated variety versus the bare plated smaller variety as the range of motion is much better in the uncoated dumbells-this becomes even more apparent if one is trying to do flying motions or standing curls.To sum up-these are the best of the best dumbells around and if you want a dumbbell made to last and that feels great in the hands buy these and then be prepared for a rather inflated price from those bloodsuckers at Troy who know they have you.I would had given these 5 stars if the price were not so high.
