(More customer reviews)I had difficulty deciding between the black fenders or the chrome fenders from the same company. The chrome fenders had all good reviews and several pictures and I have to admit they really looked nice, but black is my favorite. No reviews or photos of the black fenders... and chrome is more scratch resistant than paint. Also black shows any scratch or any flaw in the paint, so I was worried about that.
Anyway, I decided on the black and I am extremely pleased. They arrived quickly and in perfect condition. They are beautiful beyond my best expectations. Well packed for shipping, each fender in it's own heavy plastic bag. Even the fender braces are painted!(I was expecting to have to paint them myself). The nuts and bolts are chrome. I just cannot say enough to express my satisfaction with this purchase!!!

Note - these will not fit 20" mountain or BMX style bicycles unless you have 4" of clearance between your fork. These are for cruiser style bicycles.
