I emailed the seller that I can't get product to work on my Schrader valves, and that the connector that came with it looks like a Presta connector. I received this response that makes no sense: "It seems like you have a presta valve. Please switch the valve connector on the Genuine Innovations Air Chuck Elite Co2 Bicycle Tire Inflator - 2373 from schrader to Presta". I emailed again that I have Schrader valves, not Presta, and that could they please send me the connector to Schrader valves. No response after 2 weeks. Also it looks like they had my previous review removed.
