It's fun to see it spin and ring forever with one flip of the handle. But you want to ration yourself so not to scare the people you want to signal.

If you ride your bike, scooter, tricycle, etc... on public streets and paths then a bell is a handy thing to have. This one is loud enough that even headphone wearing roller bladers can hear it (but not so loud as to get you a ticket for disturbing the peace!). That aside, it's just plain fun to have! You might find yourself ringing it just because it's there!
