in a blaster box you get 8 packs with 4 cards per pack.
In an individual pack, you should get 1-2 base cards, 1-2 rookies, and 1 prospect card.
I bought 1 box and pulled rookies of Jason Heyward, Ike Davis, Carlos Santana, and Madison Bumgarner to name a few. The Prospect cards are awesome too, including the top prospects for the coming season, like Mike Trout, who was just named the #1 overall prospect for the 2011 season.
Yes, you can get rookies of Chapman, Strasburgh and even Buster Posey, i haven't pulled those yet.
overall, 2010 Bowman Platinum is awesome. great blaster box, worth every penny.
