(More customer reviews)I have gotten this tricep bar and it is a great deal. It's about the same price as most, so they are pretty universal in concept. It feels solid and the threaded caps fit on well. There isn't much rattling or anything of that sort. This is a great bar for your triceps. Also, if you have a workout partner and a flat bench, you can put the tricep bar through your feet and do leg curls with it for hamstrings.
