(More customer reviews)Worth it! I take this with me on what I consider long runs (6+ miles). I ran with it on a half marathon, and it became a bit much to carry for such a long period. It doesn't bounce around too much when running, but if you fill it with a majority of ice, you can have a cold drink for hours!
