If you're a serious weightlifter and are consistently curling over about 120 lbs, then you'll probably be more interested in a solid bar with Olympic type fittings. For the average person, doing general fitness and strength training this bar is fine. As shown in the picture (which has changed since I bought it) it includes the curl bar, two short bars, and 3 pairs of spring clips - so again a good bargain.
